1. Agreeing to these terms

This website is operated by Prista Jewelry, a business registered in Ghana as ESSY OP ENTERPRISE. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

3. Our products

We photograph our jewellery as accurately as we can, but screens differ and slight variation in colour and tone is normal. Handmade and natural-stone pieces vary a little from item to item — that is a feature of the product, not a fault.

Where a piece is gold-tone, gold-plated or stainless steel, it is described as such on the product page. Nothing on this site is sold as solid gold unless the product page says so explicitly.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are in Ghana Cedis (₵) and may change without notice. Delivery is charged separately and is not included in the price shown — see our Shipping Policy.

All items are subject to availability. Because we sell in the shop as well as online, an item can occasionally sell out between your order and our packing it. If that happens we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it with you. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your location, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud.

7. Delivery

8. Returns

Returns are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Caring for your jewellery

Plated and gold-tone jewellery is not waterproof. Perfume, lotion, sweat, chlorine and seawater will wear the finish. Damage caused by wear of this kind is not a manufacturing fault and is not covered by a return.

10. Using this website

You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy our photographs, product descriptions or branding for your own use, resell our content, or attempt to interfere with the site’s operation.

11. Our content

The Prista Jewelry name, logo, photographs and page content belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by Ghanaian and international copyright and trade mark law.

12. Liability

We stand behind what we sell. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order plus any delivery charge you paid. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under Ghanaian consumer law.

13. Links to other sites

Where we link to another website — for example our payment processor or our social media — we are not responsible for that site’s content or its privacy practices.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Ghanaian courts.
