1. Who we are

Prista Jewelry is a jewellery retailer trading in Accra, Ghana, registered as ESSY OP ENTERPRISE. This policy explains what we do with your personal information when you use https://pristajewelry.com or buy from us.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, delivery address, phone number and email address when you place an order; anything you write to us in a message or contact form; and your email address if you sign up for our newsletter.

Payment information. If you pay by card or Mobile Money, those details go directly to Paystack, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

Information collected automatically. Standard web-server information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. This is used to keep the site working and secure.

3. What we use it for

• Packing, dispatching and delivering your order
• Contacting you about your order, including confirming the delivery charge before dispatch
• Answering your questions
• Sending marketing emails, but only if you asked for them
• Keeping records we are required to keep as a registered business

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, with:

• Courier services — your name, delivery address and phone number, so they can deliver your order.
• Paystack — our payment processor, for card and Mobile Money payments.
• Omnisend — our email service, if you subscribed to our newsletter.
• Our web host — which stores the website and its database.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are kept while the query is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your information where we are not required to keep it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also just message us and we will remove you.

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies to keep your shopping basket working and to remember you between pages. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the basket and checkout will not work properly if you do.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No website can promise perfect security, but we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.

9. Children

This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
